Now Members of the Home Services Directory

We are now very happy to annouce we are now members of the Home Services Directory. The home services directory is compiled by Age Concern, in partnership with City of York Council and the Police, Members of this scheme sign an undertaking that they will trade fairly and agree to adopt certain working practices. The aim is to ensure a level of service which both reflects good practice and satisfies most customers, whilst promoting standards which traders also regard as reasonable.
"As seen on TV" Hungate Nature Reserve

We were filmed for the BBC 1 program look north with the representives for Hungate nature resevere. Footage showing us working together to cover and finish the Otter Holt.
Work Completed at Hungate Nature Reserve

We have sucessfully completed works to hungate nature reserve, York. To help imporve the enviroment for wild animals. Works included additional tree planting, a otter holt, Bird and bat boxs and Tree works to imporve the water.

We have now joined forces with Lawns for Lifestyles, To supply and install third generation Artificial Lawns in the York And Harrogate Areas. This now means we can offer you as our customers maintenace free gardens without losing the colour and function that grass has to offer. Christmas Trees Sold Out

Work Completed at the prestigious Hungate Development

Work completed at the show flats at Hungate development, York. The Gardens were screened by the use of Bamboo's to give a natural evergreen screen planted with in Polystone troughs.

Holtby Parish Council - Work Completed

We donated our time to install a New Tree seat and to sett edge a circle to be filled with our Bark mulch and surrounding area planted with bulbs on Holtby village green for the village to enjoy.

We are now offical Marshalls Permeable trained installers following the change in the permitted development rights for substainable drainage ( SUDS) in domestic front gardens which came into effect 1st October 08.

Show Garden Opening For Christmas Trees Sales

From the 3rd of December 2007, we are opening everyday up and till Christmas to sell Christmas Trees, and other gifts including some seasonal colourful plants from Weirpond Nurserys.

Redevelopment of courtyard garden at York District hospital

During July we will be undertaking the redevelopment of a courtyard garden within York District hospital.
The "Enhancing of the Healing Environment Courtyard" is located off the main corridor.
The design provides a peaceful space for patients and visitors with seating, large decorative planters, Sculptures and planting chosen so there will be a year round blend of colours and scents.
Contract won to construct five gardens for Barrett's show homes
